Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving your product.

Will the whipped tallow moisturizer make me break out?

In our experience and from our customers the simple answer is no. While everyones skin reacts to products differently, the ingredients we use in our moisturizer are non-pore clogging.

Are all of the prints for sale of your own farm animals?

Yes, Richelle works as a lifestyle and family photographer so all of the Art for sale on our site are of animals on our farm taken by us.

My Whipped Tallow Balm seems firm, is this normal?

Yes, the tallow moisturizer is very temperature sensitive. Below is a chart so you can see how the firmness changes depending on the temperature in your home.

75–80°F (24–27°C): Soft, fluffy, very scoopable
70–74°F (21–23°C): Beginning to firm; holds peaks but still light
65–69°F (18–20°C): Semi-solid; feels like a body butter
Below 65°F (18°C): Fully firm balm texture

Rest assured, despite the change in consistency, the benefits of the tallow are still there.
