Refund policy

At Stevenson Farms, we stand behind the integrity of our products and value your trust in our small business. Because our offerings include both handcrafted skincare and farm-inspired apparel & goods, our policies differ by product type.


Tallow & Skincare Products

Due to the handcrafted and preservative-free nature of our tallow-based creams, balms, and body butters:

  • Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Please email: info@stevensonfarm.com. Otherwise because these products are handcrafted and a great deal of time goes into each and every one of them, all sales are final. That being said, if something isn't right, reach out and we'll try our best to find a solution. 

  • If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist. After 30 days, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.

  • During warm months, tallow products may arrive softened or melted. This does not affect quality; simply place upright in a cool room or refrigerator until solidified. Refunds will not be issued for consistency changes upon arrival.

  • We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please review carefully before purchasing to avoid allergens. Stevenson Farms is not responsible for adverse reactions. Always patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact us for tips or alternative uses.


Apparel & Non-Perishable Goods

We gladly accept returns for apparel and eligible goods within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn (for clothing/textiles), unopened (for packaged goods), and in their original condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. A return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once we receive and confirm the item is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (less the return shipping cost).


General Policies

  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes — including combining orders, adjusting items, or modifying shipping details.

  • Subscription orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reorder date.

  • Only one discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be stacked.
